Mike has spent his working life in the room with business owners — first selling to them across Sydney, then running a sales company of 350 people, and for years since, in corporate turnaround: walking into struggling businesses and setting them right.

That’s where his way of working was forged — straight, honest, and unafraid of the hard conversation. His line to owners was always the same: your accountant missed a few things, and there’s a list of operational ones you missed too. Let’s meet in the middle, fix it, and move on.

He’s a builder and operator who genuinely loves stepping into someone else’s business and turning it around.
